The Scheepjes CAL 2020 – d’Histoire Naturelle – (Colour Crafter Yarn Pack) is designed by Scheepjes Blogger Christina Hadderingh. As participants join in from all over the world let Christina whisk you all away to Paris, France, as you crochet your way through the many galleries within the astounding Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle, whilst reading Anthony Doerr’s best-selling novel, ‘All the Light We Cannot See’. The design of the blanket was directly inspired by the evocative descriptions of the Museum d’Histoire Naturelle found inside Doerr’s novel, so it is only fitting that Scheepjes have designed this year’s CAL as a readalong too!
The Scheepjes 2020 CAL is available in four different colourways, in two different types of yarn, each inspired by the magical colours and textures found inside four departments of the Museum National d’Histoire; Herbarium, Mineralogy, Conchology and Entomology.
