Woolaballoo Gilbert Cable Knit Hat Kit

This is a super fast knit which can be knit up in an evening – ideal as kit for a knitter or to make up as a gift for someone special. It involves a simple cable which is a great introduction to textured knits for those who want to extend their skills.  The Woolaballoo Gilbert Cable Hat is worked on 5mm needles using the soft springy WYS Croft Aran which is 100% Shetland Wool.

The kit includes the pattern and a luxurious Rico faux fur pompon which adds a glamorous finishing touch to this design. The hat can be knit with either a ribbed edging or a rolled edge.
