This bright, colourful blanket is a joy to create, working one square at a time in 6 different patterns, none of which are taxing, just something to work through and enjoy!

This kit is made up of the gorgeously cosy Re:Treat Roving chunky wool, spun from the Blue-faced Kerry Hill, a crossbreed of the famous Blue-faced Leicester and the Kerry Hill breed resulting in the best of both worlds, an ultra-soft yarn with an extra white fleece, ideal for dyeing!

Mindful knitting combines rhythmic knitting with mindfulness techniques; consciously connecting you with the present moment. Simple stitch patterns allow you to focus on the colours, sensations and rhythm of the repetitive stitches. Each stitched square is specifically designed to help improve your wellbeing and take a break from any negative and stressful thoughts.

The kit comprises of enough yarn of the following shades to recreate in the colourway as shown, but you can play about and add if required.

The instructions are included.

Just need the following needles:

• 6.5 & 6 mm / UK 3 & UK 4 / US 10.5 & US 10 Straight needles
• 6 mm / UK 4 /US 10 80 cm circular needle for borders

Cable needle and stitch marker.

A small rectangle of strong card for making tassels.

Finished size of blanket approx 111 cm x 111 cm
